i just invented a new brunch/snack dish. it's really easy and i can't belive they do not serve them at restaurants (i bet Charlie Trotters has a version). take a whole hard boiled egg, wrap a slice of bacon around it and fasten the bacon with a festive toothpick. and there you go! deep fry to taste (optional). i know, the simplicity of it is genius! like if the Bauhaus school had put out a recipe book it would feature stuff like that, right? what should i name this tasty dish?
